The SEP IRA instructions don't work. How can one enter SEP contributions for a self employed individual

The instructions for entering a SEP IRA contribution do not corresopnd with the reality of the program.  There is no where I can find that creates space to enter SEP Ira contributions for a pre tax deduction from income
