Question

This is my first year filing a 1099-SA. Mine doesn't have box numbers and so I'm unsure of how to follow.

If you're referring to a 1099-SA used to report Distributions from your Health Savings Account (HSA), go to the Deductions & Credits section > HSA MSA Contributions.

Indicate who had the HSA, then a screen will open asking for info from the 1099-SA.  If your distributions were for health care related items, the income won't be taxable.

If you don't have Box numbers on your form, you'll still be able to see what to enter in TurboTax from your form (screenshot).

Here's more info on Form 1099-SA.
