This is my first year with a HSA. Should my employer report both their contribution and my contribution in Box 12 Code W, or should they just report my portion?

My employer only reported my contribution on my W2.  They did not report their contribution.  Is this correct?  I've done a few google searches and I find conflicting answers.

Your W-2, Box 12, Code W combines both employer and employee Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions.

Per IRS W-2 Instructions,  https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/iw2w3.pdf : Code W—Employer contributions to a health savings account (HSA). Show any employer contributions (including amounts the employee elected to contribute using a section 125 (cafeteria) plan) to an HSA. See Health savings account (HSA).
