To put my bank down I can’t because it is a retirement service. So it is not classified as a bank how do I do that.

I been looking for a bank to write down and I don’t have one to write down.

To clarity your situation, what do you have to enter into your tax return? 1099-R. 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, or something else?
