Trying to enter Form SSA-1099. Press edit on Inc sheet. Do you have SSA-info. yes" Back to inc. summary. Have rebooted. changed browser. Dleted form. Cleard cache.

Turbaotax cannot answer question or fix problem

Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement > Social Security

Thanks but did not work

Check your forms in TurboTax Online and delete the SSA-1099 and re-enter. Follow there steps:

Log into TurboTax and enter your return.
In the left margin select "Tax Tool"
Then select "Tools"
Select "Delete a Form"
Review your form list and if you see a 1099-SSA, delete it.
Click Back

Now go back into the Social Security screens and enter the 1099-SSA information.
