On what line do I enter my TSP in the state tax form?

    If you are referring to the Federal Thrift Savings Plan, you would first enter the information from your Form 1099-R in the Federal section under Retirement Income. See this help article for more information.

     

    Your state return interview in TurboTax will ask questions about any types of income that are treated differently by that state. Follow the step by step instructions in the state interview. Some states don't tax retirement income, or allow a partial exclusion.
