Question

TT is forcing me to fill out Form 561, none of the stocks are related to anything in Oklahoma, TT will not let me delete the form, this will not allow me to file

    It depends. Did you sell any land,  tangible personal property or intangible personal property located within Oklahoma? Did you receive a K-1 because if you did, it may have been reported on the k-1 and that is why Turbo Tax won't allow you to delete the form.
