TuboTax 1099-R is incorrect

Boxes 12 - 14 are titled differently for 1099-R on TurboTax than the 1099-R Form from payer.

The TurboTax Form 1099-R is correct since it the same as the IRS Form 1099-R - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1099r--2020.pdf

On one of the followup verify screen the box labels are indeed the old number but the data is correct. This is just a cosmetic labeling issue and does not affect the tax return at all. It will be fixed in a future update.
