Turbo Tax erroneously is picking up Gross Distribution instead of Taxable Amount from my 1099R Will Turbo Tax correct this? What should I do?

    You need to go back to the Retirement Income section in TurboTax.   Check the entry for that 1099R and change the amount in Box 2 which is your Taxable Amount.   We could guide you on how to fix this but we do not know what Turbo Tax program you are using in order to be able to give you the steps to fix it.
