Question

Turbotax is stuck on my 1099-R page. It says two of the entries need review, but they do not. Amounts do not show in total.

I have gone through the entry three times. Each time, it says complete, but then the main list still says "needs review."

Delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter manually.

Enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R

Figured it out through trial and error. The 1099R issuer does not have a California id number, so I left that box blank. Apparently, the form does not like that, which is a programming error on TurboTax's part. I entered ten 00000000s for the CA number, and then TurboTax accepted the form.
