When trying to enter my SSA-1099 for my S.S. income, TurboTax just shows a blank page and I cannot enter anything. It has done this for other income sections as well. Seems to be a bug. Is there a fix for this? I'm using the desktop version in Windows 11.
If you are using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download edition for Windows, try this procedure -
Save your tax return and close the TurboTax program
Right click on the TurboTax icon
Click on Properties
Click on the Compatibility tab
Check the box Run this program as an administrator
Click on Apply and OK
Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem persists
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
