Turbotax says that I overcontributed to my retirement plan by $1. It looks like a Turbotax addition error in the software when I add Box D from both my W2s.

My job moved within my company and I ended up with two W2s for 2020.  It seems unlikely that they allowed me to overcontribute to my 401k by $1.  It looks like Turbotax has a rounding error.  Who can check this for me?

So try leaving the cents off of both box 12 code D and see if that helps.

    Thanks -- that solved it!  Actually all I had to do was change $0.50 to $0.49 on one W2 and the error went away.
