Under Box c of my W2 there is a drop down box to choose my employer's country. This drop down does not include the United States...

In that same area of the W-2 entry screen, there should be a choice to make between U S Address or Other.  Be sure U S Address is selected unless you need to select a foreign address for your W-2.
