Question

Upon entering my Bank Name for stocks sold, a drop down menu appears. However, it does not include ESOP - Only ESPP. Upon selecting ESPP, I am not being asked for a purchase price

The system doesn't ask for a purchase price but rather the stock cost basis. Just a different terminology but means the same as thing purchase price. So look for stock cost basis as you progressed through the 1099-B form in Turbo Tax.
