Was this distribution from a 403(b) plan? The distribution was from a 1099-R Military Pension, a non-qualified plan. That isn't an answer option. What do I do?

I have a 1099-R Military Pension. When I complete inputing the information, TurboTax demands that I answer the question, "Was this distribution from a 403(b) plan?" The only answer options are "yes" or "no, it's another type of qualificied retirement plan." Military pensions are non-qualified plans. I can't get past this question because neither answer option is correct.
