We are a small business, selling a product, why did we receive a 1099-NEC?

We sell a product we make and a customer of ours sent us a 1099-NEC form because they paid us over $600 but they purchased products from us, we did not provide any services. Is this correct? What do I do now that they've issued it if it isn't correct?

That's ok.  It is just income.  It included in all your income.  Just enter the total as Other self employment income or as Cash or General income. You don't need to enter each 1099NEC or 1099K. You can enter all your income as Cash. Only the total goes to schedule C.
