Question

We are retired. We have no W-2s. But when I check the box that we don't have any W-2s, that section doesn't update. Why is it asking about W-2s?

Are you using an account from years gone by when you had W-2's? Did some employer information from last year transfer over? You can delete the old employers in that section. You can tell the software you have no W-2's and keep going.....enter your retirement income, etc. in the sections in which they belong. Do you need help with how to enter retirement income?
