We established a revocable trust in the middle of 2019. We received dividends both before and after we set up the trust. How do we enter the two sets of 1099 Div info?

My understanding is that the information from both Forms 1099-Div goes on my 1040. Do I simply enter the data twice?

Yes, you would enter the information twice in TurboTax. The total of the forms should be your total dividends received for the year.
