Question
"We need to fix an error with boxes 18-20". I am getting this error, TT won't proceed past it. My W-2 has two entries for boxes 19 that are different. I can't proceed.
I tried to just enter the different data for box 19, and not put in the duplicate info. for the state, and boxes 18, and 20, and that doesn't work either. But I have done this for years with no problem until this year. I don't know how to fix it. Thank you!
