What do I do if I am missing a 1099-R?

I've had this form in previous years but this year I haven't seen it. I am doing my mother's taxes since she recently passed away and I don't have any contact information for the company whose form I am missing

    If she had an IRS account you can sign in and you may find a transcript of the 1099-R. If she didn't have one you may be able to create one or get a transcript by mail using this link to the IRS.
