Question

What do I do if my 1099-Rs shows up as duplicates since they have same information but it the tax withheld is different and the codes in box 7 as well?

Since the code in box 7 of each Form 1099-R is different but the Payer is the same this should not be causing a problem

Delete both of the 1099-R's and then re-enter each 1099-R manually.

Then you will need to report this issue to TurboTax support so the can forward this problem to the software developers.
