Question

What do I put in the blank for the RMD amount when I don't know it, but I do know that my retirement plan follows the rules for RMDs?

You are correct that is all you have are pensions/annuities, then the payments that you receive likely satisfy the RMD requirements.

Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what your RMD is.

As TurboTax says on the screen where this number is asked for, "If you don't know, you can get this info from the plan administrator, such as a broker or a banker."

While you are at it, ask the plan administrator is the entire distribution is the RMD. This will make it easier in the future, because you can just check, "all of this distribution was an RMD".
