What do we do if we did not receive a form SSA-1099 detailing social security funds we received?

how do we get that info without a form?

Social Security mails those in late January.  If you cannot find yours you can go to the SS web site to get it.

 

Go on the Social Security website and request your SSA1099.  Go to www.ssa.gov  You have to create an account with a user name and password.
