TP stands for Taxpayer, so Taxpayer IRA Deduction.  This would be the amount of IRA contribution deduction that is going into the Taxpayer's IRA.  The 'taxpayer' is the first person listed on a joint tax return.

 

If there is also a spouse shown on your return you may see SP in the place of Spouse.
