What should 14a have on this 1099-R? Gross amt 75000 Fed withholding15000 state withholding 7500. Distrib amt $52,500.00. Won't accept 7500.00 in Box 14a?

Box 14 on Form 1099-R is your state withholding. Try deleting the 1099-R and re-entering it.

Return to Income and Expenses 1099-R info screen:

TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to 1099-R.
TurboTax Desktop: Select Search Topics. Search for and select 1099-R.

Here's your 1099-R info screen. You can delete the incorrect 1099-R by selecting the trash can.

Some states won't accept a box 14 entry of 7,500 , unless you put the 75,000 gross distribution in box 16
