What should I put for box 1 on 401k? I only have one job and one W2

You enter your 401k from the box on your W-2---nowhere else. It is usually in box 12 of your W-2. You do not put it any where else in the software after you enter box 12.

Where are you that has a box 1? W2 box 1 is your wages. Did you get a 1099R for the 401K? As answered above you only enter the 401K from the W2 box 12, nowhere else. You do not enter it again under Deductions. It has already been deducted from the wages in W2 box 1 (see box 1 is less than box 3) and you can't deduct it again.
