What to do if the distribution code is not on the list?

i could not find the B1 distribution code?

The distribution code of B1 needs to be entered into two separate boxes.   The first box under Box 7 would be B and the second box is 1.   B stands for a designated Roth account distribution and 1 stands for an early distribution.  

 

If you are using the desktop version the two boxes show.   In the Online version, you need to check a box underneath box 7 "I have more than one value in Box 7".   This will open up another box for you to select the second code.
