What to do when stuck in a loop with box 14a on Form 1099-r

    Please clarify your question.

    I do not see a box labeled 14A on the 1099-R.

    • Do you have two states posted in box 14? 
    • Is there a specific error that you are directed to?

    After searching online, I deleted the information from the scanned 1099-R and reentered it manually myself with now adding the dispersed amount into box 16 for state disbursement. Success!
