When does Turbo Tax expect to have an answer from IRS on the Box 12 item for IRA Simple plans?

Since the Notice was issued on January 8th, I suspect (we in the Community don't have direct access to the Development team), I image that The Development team has been working to digest the changes, code the changes, and test the changes (which include regression testing).

There is no good reason to try to e-file right now anyway. The IRS is not accepting e-files until next week, but once you e-file with TurboTax, if you realize that you want to change something, you can't get your return out of the TurboTax e-file queue. Better to wait until next week (Jan 29th), and file when you are sure that you have all your forms and have thought of everything.
