When entering the QCD for a RMD on the 1099-R Interview form, do you need to list the individual items that make up the total or just enter the total QCD amount?

I used the Provide Supporting Detail for the QCD line item to list the individual contributions but it does not fully list the name / address of the charity

Assuming this was a direct transfer from the retirement plan administrator, you need only enter the QCD amount.

The only indication of a QCD on your tax return will be the total distribution amount on line 4a on the 1040 form and the taxable amount (the total distribution minus the QCD amount) on line 4b with "QCD" written next to it.
