Question

When I try to receive the 1099 forms from Fidelity, I get a white pop-up. I can't sign in to intuit. Just a white box with an "X" in the upper right corner.

@trailertrash36

If you are having issues importing, you may want to check and make sure your financial institution or brokerage is a TurboTax 1099 partner. If it is and you are still having issues, please see the FAQ link provided below for assistance:

What if I can't import my 1099

You can also try the steps below as a possible workaround:

  • Close and restart TurboTax
  • Make sure the data for the first Fidelity account is there
  • Identify your default browser that TurboTax will open to import data from the second account
  • Clear all cookies and cache….clearing cookies alone will not work
  • Input the login information for the second Fidelity account when TurboTax asks

The problem isn't with fidelity.  It is the ridiculous requirement to logon to turbo tax BEFORE you can even try to logon to fidelity.  All the troubleshooting advice did not work. Software fix suppose to be issued on 2/24/23 (per turbo tax) -- didn't happen
