Question

When inserting the numbers for the w-2 boxes it doesn’t let me put a period. I’m on an iPhone 11. ie; $12345.69 doesn’t let me put the period.

  1. Completely shut down your phone or tablet.
  2. Restart your phone or tablet.
  3. Update Google Play/iOS if asked.
  4. Relaunch the TurboTax mobile app and try it again.
