Question

When looking for HSA contribution it wants the info in box 12 but doesn't specify what one I have 4 to choose from 12-A 12-B 12-C and 12-D what one are they looking for?

12-a is C 12-b is D 12-c is W and 12-d is DD so witch of these am I looking for?

Your W2 will show HSA contribution in box 12 with code W. For you, that is box 12c. Once your W2 is entered you will not reenter the HSA amount elsewhere. The program automatically gets the amount when you enter (or import) the W2 as printed.
