The IRS has not yet finalized the new Form 8915, Qualified 2020 Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions and Repayments (Use for Coronavirus-Related Distributions) or the instruction for the form.

The IRS has not communicated when this form will be available.

Once the paper form is finalized then it will probably be 2-4 weeks before the electronic form specifications will be furnished that TurboTax must have.
