where can I find a 1099-r form

    The Form 1099-R is sent to you by the administrator of the account.  If there was a distribution in 2024 you should have received the Form 1099-R in January or February 2025.  Contact your plan if not received.

    If you didn't receive your Form 1099-R form, you can contact your administrator to get a duplicate.
