Where can I find who sent me a 1099-R form? I have not received distributions from any pension plan. I have no pension plan or retirement fund.

How to find who filed a 1099-R form for me?

If you actually received a Form 1099-R there will be a name and a phone number for the plan administrator who sent the form.

Look in the box labeled -

PAYER’S name, street address, city or town, state or province,
country, ZIP or foreign postal code, and telephone no.

Thanks, DoninGA. I didn't receive a form. Info showed up as income on my TurboTax filing as I am working my taxes.

Did you enter some other form like a SSA-1099 or W-2 in the section for Retirement income?

Since you did not receive a Form 1099-R you can delete the form that was entered.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form
