Where do I add my Form 5498 info because it is needed for my RMD distribution. I do not have a 1099 because I did not take money out last year.

If you are 73 then follow the steps below to report a missed RMD on Form 5329. Please take the RMD as soon as possible. You request a waiver of the penalty if you have reasonable cause. Please see Relief for Reasonable Cause for additional information.

Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
Click on “Jump to 1099-R” and enter your 1099-R
On the "Did You Miss a Required Distribution From Any Retirement Accounts?" screen select "An IRA..."
