Question

Where do I enter 1099 SB/LS data? Under the investments tab/stocks,bonds, etc, it does not allow for this type of income. Thanks

There is not a specific place to post a 1099-SB or LS.

The sale of a life insurance policy typically falls under capital gains tax rules.

To take advantage of the premium payments we will post it to Investment.

    1. Federal > Wages & Income
    2. Scroll down to Investments and Savings
    3. [+ Add Investment]
    4. Enter a different way
    5. Select Other
    6. Enter the name of the person or financial institution that brokered this sale
    7. Now, enter one sale for XXXX
    8. What type of investment did you sell? Other
    9. How did you receive this investment? I purchased it
    10. Description Sale of Insurance policy
    11. Enter the acquired and the sale dates
    12. Enter the proceeds (Amount you were paid for the policy)
    13. Enter Cost or other basis (The amount you paid, or total of premiums for the policy)

It would appear you don't do anything with 1099-SB. Please see this What do I do with Form 1099-SB? for more information.
