Question

Where do I enter information from 1099-MISC if it's for Oregon Paid Leave? TurboTax says it should be a 1099-G.

You enter the Form 1099-Misc in the Wages and Income section of TurboTax, then Other Common Income, then Income from Form 1099-MISC. Indicate in the program that the income was only earned in 2024, is not associated with your main job and was not received with the intention of earning a profit, to prevent it from being considered self-employment income. Even though the income may have been reported on a Form 1099-G, you will have to enter it as reported on the 1099-Misc so the IRS can adequately identify it on your tax return.
