Where do i enter monthly moneys that come from a divorce property settlement from Ex husband, would that be considered allomony, it comes from the ex husband but is monies that come from his pension..

A transfer of property (e.g. residence, share of pension) incident to a divorce is not a taxable event and is therefore not entered on a tax return.

However, alimony received may be taxable income: alimony paid may be tax deductible
