where do i enter my military retirement pay for colodrado state tax??

You should see the entry for your subtraction from CO state taxable income in the CO state interview.  You can edit the "Income" section there and you should see either the option to enter your military retirement, if you are under age 55, or depending on your age, the pension deduction amount to confirm based on the pensions entered in the federal interview.  If you are under age 55, the maximum deduction that you can enter is $15,000. 

For the military pension deduction be sure you have indicated in the federal "My Info" section that you are military and selected the "Former/retired" option as well.
