Have you received an IRS form 1099-R that reports the income? When you receive the form follow these steps. Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal. At the screen Your income and expenses, scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security. Click Show More to the right. Click Start / Revisit to the right of IRA, 401(K), Pension plan withdrawals (1099-R). At the screen Did you receive a 1099-R forms?, click Yes.
