Question

Where do I find the non-Massachusetts portion of the amount I paid during 2019 to social Security (FICA), railroad, Medicare, US or Massachusetts retirement?

If all of your income was earned in Massachusettes you do not have any non-Massachusettes FICA, Medicare, Railroad Retirement, US or Massachusettes Retirement Plan amounts.

If you lived or worked in another state and received a W-2 then the information would for FICA shows on the W-2 from the other state in Box 4, for Medicare in Box 5,  for retirement in Box 12 with code D.

If you worked for the US Government and had money withheld for retirement this amount shows in Box 12 with a code E
