I'm not sure what you mean by Dependent Military Retirement income. Can you clarify? What form do you have?

IF I HAD THE FORM OR NUMBER, I WOULD NOT BE ASKING WHERE ON THE TURBO TAX FORM DO I ENTER THE INCOME INFORMATION

AS A RESULT OF THIS NON-ANSWER I HAD TO SUBMIT MY RETURN WITHOUT THE INFORMATION AND RECEVIED A 3300.00 DEBT OWED TO THE IRS

Perhaps Widow's receipt of a 1099-R, as a surviving spouse's benefits for former husband's Military retirement?

(A spouse / former spouse is not a dependent)

You should have received a 1099R from the Military.  Or did your ex get the 1099R for the whole amount including your part?  Check with the military and see if they have your address right and ask for another copy.
