Where do I report paying a 1099?

I issued a 1099 for contract labor. As I work through the interview on Turbo Tax, I'm finding nowhere to report that payment AS a 1099. I'm seeing only a space to call it contract labor. Is this where I report it?

Contract Labor is where you enter the amount paid for the sub-contractors with or without issuing a 1099-MISC.  You can enter the total amount paid or individually by clicking on +Add another row.  Only the total will be entered on your Schedule C Line 11.
