Question

Where in TurboTax do you enter information to elect to defer eligible gains for investment in a Qualified Opportunity Fund (QOF)?

I cannot seem to locate how to enter information on Form 8997 for: 1) the QOF investment from Form 4797 (code O), and 2) the deferred gain (code Z).

    Form 8997 is not supported by Turbotax.

    See IRS Forms not included in TurboTax. The 8997 is not in the software.
