Where is Social Security Benefit (1099) entered?

I dont think my file included the SSA-1099 benefit,

where is it usually entered?

If you haven't filed please see these steps:

Click on "Search" on the top right and type “Social security income”
Click on “Jump to Social security income”
Answer "Yes" to the question "Did you receive Social Security benefits?" and click “Continue”

If you have already filed, check line 6 of Form 1040. If it isn't included, then you have to file an amended return (1040X) to make changes. But you might want to wait until your refund or payment is processed. Please see How to amend a tax return for instructions.
