Which codes put in form IT-225 if everything is zero for me? I don’t have any of that. Thanks

You need to complete Form IT-225 and submit it with your return to report any New York additions and subtractions to federal adjusted gross income that do not have their own line on your return. 

Check Form It-225 Instructions for the list of additions and subtractions and modification codes. 

If that doesn't apply to you, delete the form.

From the menu bar on the left:

1. Select Tax Tools 
2. On the drop-down select Tools 
3. On the Pop-Up menu select Delete a Form 
4. This will give you all of the forms in your return 
5. Scroll down  and select the form  
6. Click on Delete. 

Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return.  There could be unintended consequences.
