Which option for the 1099-R should I use for military retirement (only options are Office of Personnel Management, IRA distribution, or Railroad Retirement)?
There is no option to select 1099-R for military retirement.
That should have been reported on Form 1099-R (Not CSA-1099-R) so please select
"Form 1099-R, withdrawal of money from 401(k) retirement plans, pensions, IRAs, etc."
