You can delete the blank 1099-R if you do not have another 1099-R: Login to your TurboTax Account Click on the Search box on the top and type “1099-R” Click on “Jump to 1099-R” and you should see the “Your 1099-R Entries” screen Click "Delete" next to the 1099-R you want to delete

Why am I asked to complete another blank 1099R form when I have completed all three and I can't move on?

You can delete the blank 1099-R if you do not have another 1099-R:
